What makes you interested in this position?

Electrify DC is looking for a part time operations manager to take care of all aspects of setting up and running a startup nonprofit. You will be in charge of setting up all systems - accounting, payroll, time tracking, information sharing, etc. Initially, for 10 hours a week, and hopefully longer later. You will be paid on an hourly basis until we can afford to take you on on a more permanent basis. If offered the position we will have two months to figure out if we like working together. You will report to the Executive Director.
